Boot Camp is an outdoor program of fitness coaching and motivational training provided by highly experienced Coach!


Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started! And, you'll be several hundred calories ahead of everyone else!
• Each camp is one hour in duration and only €9-12.
Boot Camp Days and Times:
Saturdays at 09.00 am
Tuesday at 7:20 pm
Thursday at 7:30 pm
Each Boot Camp is limited to only 12 participants and no more.
This ensures that you get plenty of personal attention from your Boot Camp Coach at all times.

STEP 2:
You will be contacted to schedule your pre-boot camp evaluation. (This is simple) The pre-camp evaluation just let us know where you are now, so you can see your HUGE improvement four weeks from now!
• Any questions you have will be answered
• You will learn all the specifics of camp and we will learn your specific goals.
STEP 3:
Attend your fun and exciting BODY DESIGN Boot Camp!
• Wear comfortable clothes and running shoes.
• Have fun and achieve great results!
