Boot Camp is an outdoor program of fitness coaching and motivational training provided by highly experienced Coach!

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started! And, you'll be several hundred calories ahead of everyone else!
• Each camp is one hour in duration and only €9-12.
Subscription for:
1 session * €14 = €14
5 sessions * €12 = €60
10 sessions * €11 = €110
20 sessions * €10 = €200
30 sessions * €9 = €270 + 2 Free Fat Measurement

Tuesday 6:45 pm (Mak/ssa Park)
Wednesday 6:45 pm (English School)
Thursday 6:45 pm (Mak/ssa Park)
Saturdays 09.00 am (Mak/ssa Park)
Each TRX Boot Camp is limited to only 5-12 participants and no more.
This ensures that you get plenty of personal attention from your Boot Camp Coach at all times.
